Good morning everyone! It's too hot now but tonight I will do some yard work. That's exercise, right?

Yorkie - maybe you mentioned this before but why does your hand hurt from painting? My step-mother-in-law has fibromyalgia and she's a painter but it's hard for her to paint nowadays.

Have a nice day everybody!

Thanks for the sympathy! Now if someone could just pass me that cuppa tea ...

I'm amazed at how easy it is to type lying down. I can rest my laptop on my bent knees and fire away.

Yorkie ... I think you're hand hurts beacuse in your mind's eye you were actually waving bye bye while painting to all the cr*p you've been putting up with the last 25 years!

You gals are all to funny, My body hurts from the fibromyalgia, I shouldn't be even doing it, but my husband is more in pain??? Yeah right, he just don't want to suffer like I do. I do like the idea of waving bye- bye to this house once and for all, and all the hurtful, long years I have been here. Thanks for making my day so much brighter!!!

Well no walk for me again, it was back to hospital at 1, with my Dad. I did manage to run some errands today. I am so messed up with all this driving back and forth to the hospital. My routine just isn't. I have had a terrible week. Mom is having a procedure tomorrow where they are going to put holes in her back and cut and seal some of her nerves. Hopefully it will be the best Mothers Day ever for her and I and my Dad. She will come home Monday so I should be back to normal? on tuesday or wednesday. Wow, what day is this? Happy Mother's day everyone!!!

I took about a 2 hour walk today. It was very nice and mind clearing.

I took some very good advice, I din't do my normal walk, I have one load of laundry left to fold and put away, and going up and down those steps are enough of a workout for me. I was also cleaning my basement up while I was down there.
