Good! I was a little worried when I heard that one of the LEO who recommended arresting her had changed his mind. Luckily he wasn't allowed to tell the jury that.

Listing to the attorneys, family and rights groups, they make it all into a race thing and how all AA people who have been shot by cops were all innocent.

Glad this psycho is being locked up. I’m demographically the least likely person to have an issue with a cop, but this lunatic makes me scared of police privilege.

I mean there was the white dude in Nevada (or Arizona) that was on his knees with his hands up and a bunch of white cops just shot him down with semi-auto weapons inside a hotel. White people get killed by cops in questionable situations too.

You mean the drunk guy who was pointing what looked to be like a rifle (ended up being only a BB rifle) out of a high story window and then when they showed up he reached for his waistband when they told him to keep his hands up ?

I don't think he should of died but he wasn't some little innocent boy who got smoked for no reason. Go point a rifle out of a high story window and then when the cops show up reach for your waistband and see what happens

I don't think you watched the video.

Even NRA members were outraged about that.

Personally, I don't think murder was the charge to go for. I'm no lawyer, but I think manslaughter was the more appropriate charge.

Now she's convicted of murder, but I'm sure she'll appeal, and then perhaps she'll win her appeal and after that, I don't believe she can be tried for manslaughter for the same crime and she'll get off.

I'm delighted by the verdict. I hope she gets more than the minimum 5 year sentence.

You must be late to the game.

Murder was the appropriate charge by Texas law.

It doesn't matter what you think.
