It would give Cao Dewang a first rate local real estate partners on the project, too.

Hoping something happens soon, either way. This project makes a lot of good sense, easy logical win to build out that corridor and solidify it.

Future of fairground development up for debate tonight | www.daytondailynews.com

They are still being very secretive concerning the nature of the "unexpected cost" associated with the Brookville site.

Curious about this third party interested in doing the project now.... wonder who it is? My bet is that it's not Dewang Cao, as awesome as that would be. I'm just hoping it's not somebody like the Gunlocks, and my dream is that Steiner picks it up.

It probably isn't UD, but I wouldn't count them out with how valuable the land is. Also, what is developed there is important to UD, since it is so close to campus.

This will be a big project once it is done. 10 acres, they can do a lot with that amount of space, and this $10m building is only the first phase:

Albeit the biggest aspect of construction though. Either way, glad to see it is still on track and close to being built!
