I think that real NY bagels are almost impossible to re-create anywhere else. Our aunt (who has relocated to Atlanta) swears that it is the NYC water that makes the difference! I think she's right - we're in a NY suburb and the bagels don't taste the same as when we lived in the City.

Default Dover department stores

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I are considering moving to Dover with our family. I have enjoyed this thread and have a question about the national chains. Target is my favorite store and I'm wondering if there is a Target nearby.

Thanks for the help,

Chris

there is pretty much every store imaginable except for a Barnes and Noble or Borders.
Anything else you will find right here in Dover or Camden.

Except for movie theaters in the Felton/Harrington area. You have to drive all the way to Dover. Oh-I forgot, there is a drive-in theater in Felton. I haven't been to one of those in years. We used to put the kids in their pjs and go during the summer when they were little.

The Dover area has really grown, and most notably the Camden area. It started with the new Walmart Superstore, Applebees, Bob Evans, and then Texas Roadhouse and others. Last week was the opening of Dollar Tree in the south strip center! Can life get any better???

But, of course with that, comes the heavy traffic flow.
