Charley, how you doing. I hope all is well. I believe the new fees will be around $175, but I have nothing in writing.

Thank you both but please remember that it's not my thread, it's ours. This is probably one of the best examples of collaboration and information sharing on City-Data and it's because everyone has been so open and honest with in sharing what they know with others.
