Another recommendation for Southeast Aurora. I don't know how old your children are, but Grandview and Cherokee Trail High Schools both are fairly diverse and have a decent population of Indian students (for this part of the country).

The area along E-470 from Gartrell Road to Smoky Hill Road is commutable to 80237 within your 20-40 minute time frame.

You'll have to make sure you're ready to drive on snow. Denver averages about 54" of snow per year, but it comes in bursts and typically doesn't stay on the ground for long periods of time. Winters are usually fairly sunny.

This winter was extremely abnormal. A significantly large amount of late-season mountain snowfall helped completely bring the entire state out of a drought.

In Denver -
May 2019 was the 5th-coldest on record (going back to the late 1800s).
A snowstorm came through on May 21st and dropped a couple inches of snow. It was the latest May snowfall in 44 years.
At one point this was the coldest start to a year since 1983.

The last couple years were abnormally dry. I was hiking in the foothills in long hiking pants and a t-shirt in February of 2018.
