Yeah, me too! I hope we don't end up creating long lines

I hope it was from one of the HONEST customers. Millers does not 'keep a tab' for food. When paying, you tell them what you ordered, they take you at your word.

I've never even heard of that place. I'll have to check it out next time I'm on town. I just love Dearborn because I can get a yummy falafel sandwich or chicken shwarma in a drive-through.

Oh, they keep better tabs than you think. I was in there once and told them what I had and he said "Didn't you have a bag of chips to?" I'd forgotten about them.......wasn't trying to get over on The Man, but he knew.....

yes...I completely forgot to mention the honor system at Millers. Its so old school but its so cool!! In terms of a line...expect a LONG one from 11am to 2pm M-F. Saturday is a good day to go and last time I checked they are closed on Sunday. It a big red building on westbound Michigan Ave, a few blocks before Telegraph. I'm getting hungry just thinking about those juicy burgers...yummmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!

Millers sounds so good right about now. They are the best burger I know of in the area.

Eph McNally's, best dag sandwich's I've had, and the bread pudding is to die for.
Eph McNally's Deli

Cass Cafe, perennial favorite of the Wayne State area
:: Cass Cafe ::

Taqueria Lupita's, 2 doors up from Xochimilco's. Lupita's is real Mexican food, not
Tex-Mex. Many of the customers are from the neighborhood. That's the real test of a Mexican restaurant, if the majority of the customers are not Hispanic, forget it your in a Tex-Mex joint. I'm not saying that's bad, just know it's not real Mexican food.

Taqueria Mi Puebla
Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant, Detroit

Evies Tamales

Farmer's Restaurant in Eastern Market for breakfast, if you eat pork their sausages are awesome.

Traffic Jam and Snug

Many people mentioned Slows, I have yet to try the brisket (which friends have said was good), but I was unimpressed with the BBQ ribs and their interpretation of soul food style side dishes has much to be desired. For cripes sake, their greens taste like vinegar, now who thought that was a good idea? I will admit the macaroni was pretty good.
