Well, my allotment is 27, but I track my activity and dip into that 2-3 points about every other day. I do not lose weight if I go into my reserves more than about 25 points in a week.

That's OK - mos fruits and veggies are free, and a big Honey Fresh apple or a couple of clementines are great appetite suppressants!

I am on 26 points a day, too. I try not to use my weekly extra points. Not in food. Prefer to use my weekly extra points for Mai Tai Cocktails :-) I went for Sushi today. 2 points for 2 shrimp nigiri, 3 points for 2 salmon nigiri ( also 3 for tuna nigiri)... A glass of dry white wine is 3 points. Are points in the US same? A Big Mac is 13 here.

Those sound about right over here as well.

Like you - I usually use my extra points up with a few glasses of wine rather than food! LOL a girl after my own heart.

The points sound like they are the same.

I weighed in today, and lost 8 pounds.

I just discovered a terrific entree that is only 3 points!!!! YES, IT'S TRUE.

Spaghetti squash with a vegetarian spaghetti sauce (made with tomato sauce). You can eat a plateful and it's only three points (the sauce - the "pasta" is zero points).

If you haven't tried using spaghetti squash in place of pasta, I really encourage you to do so. Here's how you cook it:

How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

It has a very mild, pleasant taste. Blends well with anything that you'd use regular pasta for.

Today's weigh-in is the one year anniversary of starting weight watchers for my wife and I. We have lost a combined 157 pounds and are feeling better than ever. For us at least, it is all about the tracking of the food. If you track every day and stay with the points, you lose weight.

I make a spaghetti squash and season it with olive oil, garlic pwder, onion powder and paprika. Then I sprinkle grated cheese on top. Yum! I gained 2.8! I have been eating too many processed carbs and not enough fruits and veggies. Today I stocked up on alot of fruit, I have plenty of veggies. I am going to try and replace at least 2 carbs a day with a piece of fruit. BTW 1 month and still no diet soda.

I can't say that I'm doing Weight Watchers, but I am modifying my diet by attempting to cut down my consumption of wheat in my diet. I did some research and found that wheat has been genetically engineered and that it is bad for you. After cutting some of it from my diet, I've managed to lose 2 pounds in a week without any other modifications to my diet. You should try that if Weight Watchers doesn't suit your fancy!
