The current issue of Woman's World has an article about a lady who lost 200 lbs. on Weight Watchers. It has a green cover and shows her picture on the front.

I need to lose about 32 more pounds to reach my goal.

Anyone?
My mom used WW in the 1970s after she gave birth to us and she thinks it was extremely effective and is thinking about doing it again now.

My wife and I weigh in an hour. Not sure what to expect. This week I've some closest to using up all my daily points. Previous weeks, I wouldn't use all my points and never delved into my weekly 49. My employer had a health screening and health assessment this week, it shows that I have a long ways to go, also how far I've come.

I lost 1.6 total 50.2. I was told by my leader that it's ok to eat all your points and dip into your 49 because that's what they are there for. I find the weeks I do that I don't loose as much or i have a slight gain.

After a few weeks with .2 - .6 pounds of loss, I had a great week and lost 5 pounds this week. Far more than normal since I have been doing this for quite a while. I think it tends to average out -I follow the rules and have a couple weeks of very small change then a big week. Now that I had this big week, I would expect smallish weeks of change for the next couple. We'll see. 433 days on the plan, 120.8 pounds down from my starting weight. Keeping at it.
