I love seeing all the "losers" on here! It's so encouraging.

Lubby, I dip into some of the weekly points each day, just 3 or 4. I wouldn't dare use them all because of what you've said.

I was down 1.8 pounds for the week. Total is 38.4 pounds.

i havent lost weight during the holidays but i am proud that i havent gained weight. Still at 66 KILOGRAMMS, was starting at 72 on 1/1. Still happy with the programm! Can recommend it to anybody else here ! Having raw veggies with a cream dip which is 3 Points in total. And i am going to have a fatfree yoghurt in the evening which is 2 Points :-) Thats all for today!Working hard on 65 Kilogramms :-)

i know that i have to eat some more points but i had enough food the last few days :-) so gimme a chance to do better today :-)

lost 1.6 lbs last week but yeaterday I weighed in and gained .6 which is good considering the Easter Holiday and I got my period. I hope to loose weight this week.

I have a tortured way of thinking!
