Once I meet my goal I am concerned about maintaining. However they have the tools and guidance to maintain. Meaning it will be my responsibility and not their failure.
As far as a very restricted diet, I tend to agree with you all. The Paleo/Neanderthin/Mediterranean diets are all healthy, but I tend to get depressed on them. I try to follow a healthy diet every day, but I do allow myself treats that are not allowed on those diets. Like SD said, sometimes you do want to indulge in something, I just don't go overboard on it, and try to pull a little bit from those diets that are good food choices. That's one thing I really like about WW - it encourages healthy eating and portion control (that's so hard!), but it's not so strict that I can't deal with it every day.
ARRRGGGHH! gained 1.2!!! I work at Subway now since April 28th and I think it's the bread that's doing me in. So today I worked 9-2 pm and had all veggies in my salad no bread. Even though I only eat one 6 inch with all veggies on wheat with FF honey mustard, the carbs are a negative. I am going to cut down my carbs this week by not having the subway bread at lunch, and I will not have any rice or pasta. I will see if it makes a difference.
