I haven't been posting because I've been embarrassed (and frustrated) at how slowly it's going. I've been going a little bit over my points each day. However, I've still been losing. Yesterday's weigh in shows a total 18.2 lbs lost. I am a little more than halfway to goal. Now I'm going to really hunker down and follow the plan to the letter.

Thinking I may get back into this, but I do the WW At Home as I cannot afford the meetings and the people are not very nice. Went to one and the lady just blurted out my weight and said OMG!!!! At that point, I was mortified and walked out. While getting into my car, I saw she was escorted out as well.

I lost 2.8 today total 51.8 pounds. I am sorry Kmbjbb that you had an awful experience at a WW meeting. My leader is great and no one blurts out anyone's weight. As a WW on and off since I am 13 I am finally sticking with it for the long hall. We do have some members who have told what their weight was prior to joining (myself included) but in no way do they violate your privacy. It's up to you if you want to say how much you gained, lost or what you weigh. They do not disclose that information and you don't have to either. I love the plan because it let's me have my favorite foods which is pizza, ice cream and French fries.

Currently I am sitting at 251 with a BMI of 41.8. My highest all time weight is 367, but I managed to get that down with the help of a doctor, but it is a diet I could never do again.

I will be following my WW At Home and I use the old points plan and with a vegan diet.

Been working hard on this already. Breakfast was 1 whole grain waffle, 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries and my coffee. Lunch was 1/2 cup cooked brown rice and 1 cup home made black bean soup and dinner is spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce and (my downfall) garlic toast.
