Okay - I have a really off the wall question that I hope I can get an answer for. I remember asking during a group meeting and I was laughed at so much and ridiculed that I quit going.
When double checking portion sizes for like rice and pasta, am I correct in assuming that the portion size is based on cooked rice and pasta and not uncooked? I mean, considering that uncooked will make 2-3 times more when it's cooked.
I'm not doing well at all. Went off program during the hot summer months because I can't do much of anything during the summer, now can't get back on. I am doing good, though, on not eating much junk foods, and I am moving up my exercise. So, don't feel alone!
