Thanks I hope to loose again this week or at least stay the same. I did not have any take out food last week. I cooked all 7 days and I ate less salt.

I guess that's what you have to do, prepare your own food so you know what's in it. That is so hard - it's work, and it's time consuming. You should be really proud of yourself - you're way ahead of me on that.

I gained back 3 pounds. Oh well better next time. Got my period Friday and had a salty dinner last night.

Yes. I started 3 weeks ago. I've lost 5.6 pounds thus far. The weight is coming off slowly but I am optimistic. Twenty six points per day does not seem realistic to me. I am trying but it is hard. I am working out so that helps.

I've just restarted weight watchers.
Yes, it is hard to lose weight. I think it's even harder to try to just lose 10-15 lbs.
What is everyone going to eat on Thanksgiving? I really want to pick up a Pumpkin Cheesecake- I probably shouldn't though- I'll be tempted to eat a ton of it.
I don't want to be eating Thanksgiving leftovers for a week so I won't be making the sides.

Congratulations! I am also trying to decide what I want to eat. I love stuffing but I do not think it would be wise.

I had a set back. I gained .2 pounds. I am really disappointed in myself but I realize tracking is very important. I also need to exercise at least 3 times this week. Wish me luck!
