I can't say that I'm doing Weight Watchers, but I am modifying my diet by attempting to cut down my consumption of wheat in my diet. I did some research and found that wheat has been genetically engineered and that it is bad for you. After cutting some of it from my diet, I've managed to lose 2 pounds in a week without any other modifications to my diet. You should try that if Weight Watchers doesn't suit your fancy!
Apparently wheat doesn't cause a problem for me, but I eat mostly whole grains rather than processed wheat flour.
Today I replaced my processed carbs with fruit instead meaning instead of grabbing pretzels or crackers I ate fruit. Here is a sample menu of everything I ate today:
Breakfast: Yogurt parfait-1 dannon light yogurt, 1 banana sliced and 1/3 honey bunches of oats with almonds cereal.
Lunch: 2 multigrain rice cakes with 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese on top of each one. 1 pear
Snacks: 1 apple sliced and 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Dinner: 1 cup lentil soup 1/2 cup homemade WW friendly creamed spinach
Beverages: water 32 oz mug, 2 glasses club soda 2 cups of coffee
After dinner snack: 1 skinny cow Ice cream sandwich.
I have 6 points left over at the end of the night.

Cutting out the wheat you are probably consuming less calories as well. Processed wheat products are garbage, but there is nothing wrong with wheat in general unless of course you have a specific intolerance.

You did great!
Today I had really weird food. Breakfast wasn't so weird but it went downhill from there.
Lunch:
1 small baked sweet potato with a smear of butter
3 homemade ginger snaps
1 cup of hot tea (it's really cold here!)
Dinner:
1 cup of brussel sprouts sauteed in olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sriracha sauce
2 oz of cheddar cheese
Honey Crisp apple
Iced tea with lemon
I am sure that before the night's over I'll have another cup or two of herbal tea and at least one more of those cookies! I should end up with 1 or 2 points to spare.

snack: apple with 1 tbsp PB & coffee
Dinner- 2 small chicken cutlets, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup peas
