I posted my first post with you all yesterday and nobody responded. Maybe it's because it's at the bottom of the previous page and got missed.

I found something good in the grocery stores - it's Healthy Choice frozen yogurts. I've found strawberry and blueberry. They're very good. 3 pts. per container (I think about 1/2 cup).

I've been reading about your journeys and find it so inspiring. We're fighting a hard battle, and we're winning!
Great Job!

I have seen those and it's greek yogurt right? I love frozen yogurt but not the greek kind. They also sell cream cheese mixed with greek yogurt too,Greek Cream Cheese | Franklin Foods I think it's 1 point for 2 Tbsp.

Thank you Lubby! Yes, it's the Greek yogurt (I went to check). The texture is denser and smoother than ice cream. I don't like most things made by Healthy Choice (I think the entrees are terrible, but others like them) but I do like these.

Lubby, you seem to be having a slow but steady loss. it must be frustrating, but it all adds up over time.

I'm going to look for the yogurt/cream cheese mix. That sounds good.

I think Lubby is doing it right, and I hope she's proud of her progress exactly the way it is. Slow and steady (to me) isn't frustrating at all. The pounds I want to lose took years to accumulate, and it's only 60 pounds, and I've already lost over half of them. I'm in no hurry to lose the rest, so there's nothing to get frustrated about. If it takes another year to lose 25 pounds, that's fine. As long as I feel healthier and look more fit as I go, I know I'm doing it right.

Thank you!!! I am not frustrated at all. I only have about 20 more pounds to go anyway. I would rather a slow and steady weight loss. Before Thanksgiving I was down 57 lbs but with the all the holidays and such I was up and down but now I am back on track. I have gone down from a size 2X in shirts to a med/large and I was an 18/20 in pants and Now I am a 12/14.I am very proud of what I have accomplished so far. Thanks for your support
