I'm surprised you think you can determine how many calories I'm taking in during my two hour eating window, since I didn't share that information anywhere.
Well, you are right, and I apologize. I guess I was surmising this from your question about the extended water fast. I have no idea how many calories you take in. But if you are getting sick often, that is usually because of a weakened immune system.

I had full week fast done with Metamucil. Zero food, only apple juice mixed with MM for taste.
Full solid 7 days. Wasn't really that hard to do.
I never really felt hungry, as MM fills stomach. I worked full time while on it. That was a mistake, as you, starting day 3, basically use toilet every 20-30 minutes. Fortunately, it was just me and secretary in small town, I warned her, she didn't really care.
I started Sunday. Wednesday morning plaque started coming out in long leathery belts. Was very impressive view.
Then I did slow return back to solid foods - starting with steamed vegetables, very small portions, building it up over the next several days.
I lost 50 lb in 2 following months. Weight simply kept going down.
Few years later, I tried it again, don't even know why, and stopped after 3 days. Body told me not to continue. Nothing unusual was coming out, I didn't feel need to prolong this.
So here you go with the first hand experience.
