I like hard boiled eggs as something to "fill you up".
They only have 78 calories each.
If I didn't put a couple in my salad on my low cal days, I'd get very hungry.
Eggs, the greatest comeback in the history of the modern food supply era. It's amazing how filling a single hard-boiled egg can be and how little of an impact it has on your diet.
I'm also a huge advocate of chugging cold (preferably iced) water as well, something about the cold that creates a super full sensation.
Key is to shrink your stomach. Take this and implement it.
Day 1 - No carbs after 6 pm, lots of water.
Day 2 - Do not eat till at least 12 pm. No carbs after 6 pm, maybe an apple.
Day 3 - Do not eat till at least 12 pm. No carbs after 6 pm, lots of water, fruits if anything.
By now you have shrank your stomach a bit and you no longer should be getting cravings past 6 pm. The key to this whole thing is to portion control with intermittent fasting. Try this and I guarantee you will get control over your appetite.
