Was not 100% certain that it was, there are so many links in the Diet and weight loss Forum to sites and youtube trying to sell very dubious products and advice never shure if it deliberate or some posters are very nieve.

The stomach flu often has me losing that amount of weight that quickly. But I don't recommend that. And the weight quickly returns after the flu has gone...

A more gentle way is to drink nothing but water, cut back on white processed carbs and junk food such as chips, and avoid alcohol and sugar. Learn to love big salads (without gloppy high cal dressings) and vegetables.

Helps to walk a few miles a day.

No miracles to weight loss exist.

I ask myself how much food and how long did it take me to gain the weight? Gonna take some time for it to leave.

A stomach flu causes the body to shed water it is more like a fast but you'll need lots of water and electrolytes. But don't drink crap like gatorade which is full of sugar. Just drink water and plenty of salts and other minerals to keep the body energized.
