I am trying to lose like 5 to 10 pounds by next week does anyone have any advice? Please.
Sad. Dont you know that its not healthy to do so? How did you come up with 5-10 pounds? Whats happening next week that is so important? Why did you wait so late to begin to want to lose weight?
In order to lose 5-10 pounds in one week..You would have to have Jill or Bob (Biggest Loser trainers) for your personal trainer and they would have to be in competition with each other..Try setting your goal at 1-3 pounds a week and watch your diet and do some exercising two or three times a day..Get a good nights sleep..I found out from the sleep lab that if you do not sleep well it slows your metabolism down and can cause weight gain..

Jillian from that show is so much like my wife. Similar bodies, similar facial features, hair............only thing is...... I think she's a bit "sweeter" and "nicer" than my wife.

Shop the perimeter of the store= fruits, vegies, meats, dairy. Eat no sugar, no white flour. Whole grain breads/cereals. Walk or ride a bike for an hour a day. I lost 40 pounds but it took me 9 months to do it. I drink no soda, only water, some milk, short glass of orange juice in the morning. You have to move around more and take in less calories = success. Stay focused and good luck!
well I tried it once and it worked but not for long about 5lbs a week for a whole week just keep yourself between 1200 and 900 cals a day and water! and good luck you maybe grauchy
