Too many nuts coupled with kidney problems can cause calcium deficiency. It's ususally not that serious and can be easily corrected by limiting the amount of nuts, cheese and other high-phosphorus foods.

As far as fast weight loss goes it's going to take lots of exercise. Professional fighters run in special sweat suits to lose 10 pounds in several days. You can also wrap yourself in garbage bags to get the same effect. Warning: you will sweat A LOT! You can also use some certain weight loss pills to help with energy levels and to absorb less fat. It works quite well but is known to cause loose stools if you take a pill that affects digestion and absorption.

Try the Dukan diet. Also, eat correctly & exercise as much as you can for your blood type. This will give you a metabolical edge.

Some more tips are:-
1)Drink plenty of water.
2)Eat more green vegetables and fruits rather then oily foods.
3)Do exercise regularly.
4)Yoga and mediation can be a good option to loose weight.

-My advice to you is don't focus on lose weight quickly but gradually.
Many overweight people who lost their weight quickly return to acquire much weight after they stopped their diet.

-Don't forget to drink Green Tea. It is beneficial for health furthermore, it has an effective role in burning fats.
