hi guys im on day three of a seven day detox water water water want to challenge myself to see how much weightloss i can achieve in one wk.feeling great today but i live in the toilet.lol.need some moral support.anyone

I'm here to encourage you. I had a doctor appt. today. I went potty before I left for his office. When I got there, they needed a urine sample. I said, "No problem!" Before I left, they sheepishly asked for another sample because of a mistake that they had made with the first one. I said, "No problem! I can always go on demand!" I drink lots of water. It's sooo good for you. I use a Pur filter. I eat sea salt as to not get out of balance. A good book is The ABC's of Water. Best wishes!
