No worries. I would never do anything like that. Anything I do at this point is to go on the record with both the police dept and the city. I will build another enclosure but still think the city should probably know of this situation. If nothing else, it just adds to the case I have against him and serves as additional protection to me.
I'm glad ! There's just no way of knowing what lengths people will go to in these situations, better safe than sorry!
Adding more fuel to the fire is probably a very bad idea...if this guy is already intentionally throwing dangerous things into her yard, what do you think he'll do if she retaliates with flaming poop?
I would never tell anyone to do something spiteful to an unbalanced person, it's dangerous. And two wrongs don't make a right, it only means people are stooping to the same, base level that upset them so much in the first place.
I was not serious when I said that my goodness . I said it was childish which meant I would never do it sorry if you thought I was serious .
You do have the right to live in peace and you certainly are not doing that are you ? yes call the guy that first came out there and if you have his email send him the photos that you took of what was in your yard . What if you had kids and they were out playing and one of those hit them in the eye or something they would be liable so why is he not liable when he is throwing them at living creatures ? I think you should call whoever you can since this person obviously thinks he can do what he wants even when living in close proximty to a neighbor .

If I remember correctly, she has not seen anyone throwing the items.
It sounds a bit paranoid because the OP fails to show the neighbor has a history of violence towards people/animals
Paranoia
1. A mental disorder characterized by systematized delusions and the projection of personal conflicts, which are ascribed to the supposed hostility of others, sometimes progressing to disturbances of consciousness and aggressive acts believed to be performed in self-defense or as a mission.
2. Baseless or excessive suspicion of the motives of others.
Based on reading all her post, here and other boards, I suspect its Münchausen's Syndrome by Proxy aimed at her pets. When you have the same pattern over and over and over and over again, sometimes you have to wonder if all those people really are out to get the pets or maybe.......

I agree....if you look at all of her posts on CD there is a pattern.
Still even those with "enhanced" problems can have some real problems too.
This was about the dogs.
Looks like she is still thinking about dumping the cat.
