Good! I really hope they are one of the new major tenants for some of the new developments in the area. They are a great (and powerful) starting tenant!

That would be awesome if Best Buy built in the new development. I asked a BB employee if they heard anything about it, and they said they hadn't, but that they wouldn't be surprised. They said they have been unhappy with their current building for a while, as there have been roof leaks and such.

Any other news lately?

Well got some news. My wife works for 50 Below in downtown. They have workers in several buildings along 1st street. Found out they are expanding again this time into the old charter building on Superior and 3rd ave E. Looks like no new additions to the area. Also, anyone know whats happening with the Ground Round Building?? Was off the market and heard Members coop had taken it but I see it for sale again.

That's great! I love seeing a company like 50 Below expanding. Hopefully they've
grown beyond their previous financial and legal problems permanently.

OK, I know this is not in Duluth, but a friend of mine told me that Miner's Inc is building a Super One Mega Store in Superior's east end. Apparently, they've already purchased homes and a motel and will also be carrying general merchandise as well. It has been described as similar to a Super Walmart. Anyone know specifics on this and if there are plans to put one in Duluth as well?

Has there been any more new information on the old Charter Building space on Superior Street? I have heard a new tenant is going in there supposed to have something to do with web design,
named -50 Below.?

Yes, 50 Below is supposedly moving into the space. 50 Below is one of the largest web technology based employers in the area and has evidently outgrown its existing space.

Hello Hello thread followers! Well I've got a favor to ask all of you! I no longer live in Duluth and have moved to Minneapolis. So now I need ALL of you to keep you eyes wide open for me on new Duluth developments because I am still eager to know how Duluth is continuing to grow! Thanks!

Yes, 50 below is moving into the old Charter space in the next 2 weeks. They currently are in three buildings along 1st St. They work with large national companies like UPS and other national banking companies.
