nateduluthnative, the site you keep talking about in Hermantown that is being marketed by Lisa has in fact been named "Grindstone River Plaza"

Here is a link to one of the websites featuring the new name.

O.K., sorry about that. My searches came up with a site called Loopnet that has similar info separating two developments in Hinckley and Hermantown. And there is a river that runs through Pine County called the Grindstone River. But no matter what name is on it, I hope it does get built Do you know how soon it will be built?

No problem!

Hopefully they will start construction this next spring. I believe they are trying to land a major tenant first (Best Buy hopefully will be that tenant).

So since the Great American retaurant at the mall is closing and the rumor is that two food places may open there, do you think one would be Panera. I know they have mentioned opening one somewhere on Miller Trunk? Any insider info on that possibility?

One post mentioned that they might be moving into the Plaza Walgreens after Walgreens is done with their new building a block away.

I also saw an Area Voices blog that mentioned CVS is not going in the Plaza Building, but may build elsewhere in the area, so Jimmy John's will stay put after all! Trader Joe's would be awesome for that area what with all the new construction and hopefully the Armory site will be developed.

Heard that Best Buy is doing some more sprucing up inside. Should be nice. Heard they are still moving to a new building within the next year too.
