2. Even BILL CLINTON has stated that Mr. Romney’s work at Bain was good and should not be attacked.

we can review Bain.
As a business, they take control of failing businesses and try to reform them to make the profitable. Bain had about a 70% success rate while heading Bain. Not even the 1916 Cubs won 70% of their games and they set the record at 116 wins. Of course there were losses and of course there were companies they tried to fix that they failed to fix. but 70% is a heck of a record and one to boast about even if in the end there are some who blame Bain for the loss of their job.

It is unquestionable, that if a company like Bain had not come in to restructure those companies that Bain saved, nearly 100% of those companies would have gone under and ALL of those people would be without jobs.

so yea I know what Bain did. I also know that the likes of Bill Clinton and Cory Booker agree with me on what Bain is and that Romney’s experience there is a good thing!

It's pitiful.
yeah, Toys R Us, Staples, Glassoor and many other companies prove you wrong. And if this is the only thing you guys can repeat through election day, you guys are in trouble.

I don't particularly like the job that President Obama has done. On the other hand I have literally no idea what Romney would do as president. He has one record as a governor, another record when he ran for Prez the first time, and now a different record as the GOP nominee.

Anyway, all that being said Obama has one big problem, namely the youth vote. He can maybe convince independents that Romney is only for the rich (who knows), but how is he going to convince young people to hop back on the bandwagon? I just don't see the same level of enthusiasm for Obama that there was the first time.

This is the first presidential election post Citizens United. This means that there will be an unprecedented amount of Super Pac Money. So far this has mostly gone the Republicans way. If advertising has even a slight effect on the electorate, this could definitely tilt things in Romney favor.

The only question that I have is what do regular voters think about all of this. The people in these forums are by no means average in terms of political engagement. The people that I talk to who aren't politically engaged have a sense that the economy is crappy and Obama isn't doing enough. However, their knowledge of Romney is only biographical (he used to be a governor and is a Mormon).

Clearly you dont understand the difference between job rankings, and unemployment.

Yes DC, when you have very little unemployment, your job creation ranking would rank far lower than others with larger unemployment.

So says the poster that cant do anything other than post Obama videos.

And how are we making things worse? You just keep trolling from one point to another as your previous ones get shot down. I thought things were getting better, Obama saved us all, now you are saying nothings improving? This lack of consistancy will doom Obama.. Thanks for playing..

Vs Obama who has given us iron clad plans, put them into place, only to see them fail.

Why exactly should we vote for the same failed policies?

Let's look at Romney the business man for a second. He was an incredible CEO at Bain making his share holders millions but at the expense of the middle class.

You republicans can never see the forest because of the trees. Please do some research and see how many companies Bain took over and then bankrupted! The came in and made a profit but the wake of devastation in each of the towns transcends from one generation to the next. In some of the places, their companies were all that they had. How do you well sleep at night knowing that you destroyed the livelihoods of thousands of (Americans) people for greed.
