Am I the only one who thinks talking to an empty chair was just weird?

No, you're not. I muted it part way through because it was just too awkward to watch. I hate watching people make fools of themselves on TV, especially people I like, like Eastwood.

Nope. It was cringe-inducing. It seemed like it was ad libbed and that it went on longer than likely scheduled. Was just hoping that no one would have to escort Clint off the stage like an old man at a Rotary Club lunch who'd refused to surrender the podium.

Clint Eastwood is a national icon. It was weird enough tonight that it made you almost feel angry at the RNC for letting him take the stage.

He is a vocal Ron Paul supporter... What did you expect, when he too has to vote for the lesser of two evils.

He was a little confused, it seemed.
He was not prepared to swallow Mitt.

He was funny. Come on, he's a bit older now. It was weird but it was funny and for the most part, his head is still on straight. He was just showing a lighter side of himself.

Of course, all the liberals are going to bash him because he joked on Obama.
