Dilbert creator Scott Adams said Friday afternoon that if Donald Trump survives the ongoing controversy about whether he made fun of New York Times reporter’s disability, he will be a lock to win the presidency.
Dilbert Creator: Trump 'Invulnerable' If Beats Disability Flap

The liberal press is like the boy who cried wolf. They've fussed so much over so many things that no one is going to listen, even if this time the offensiveness if real.

Plus, no one is paying attention. The normal, fun 95% of Americans are shopping and watching football, and the wonky, boring 5% of Americans (i.e., me) are freaking out over the Turko-Russian War of 2016.

Meh.

Trump's supporters have proven that they'll stick with him regardless of who he insults or how much policy ignorance he spouts.

His supporters are the sorts of people who make fun of the disabled behind closed doors.

Nope.

They ignore the constant false outrage of an extremely small minority of the USA, and the MSM with an agenda to bring down Trump at any cost.

So you find it acceptable to make fun of disabled people?

I can't imagine why else you'd think the outrage is false.

I have relatives who exactly the audience Trump is playing to. They hate immigrants, hate minorities (both racial and sexual orientation), want to murder every last man, woman, and child who happens to be the wrong religion, and not surprisingly, they also think it's funny to mock the disabled.

Most people could care less that Mr. Trump said some things that may have hurt some Muslims and a retard. Nobody cares. Some people just pretend to be offended.

You're wrong about that. Most people think that Trump's behavior was inappropriate and not what should be tolerated in a man who wants to be President of the United States. Even people who might engage in this sort of behavior themselves find it juvenile in a candidate. His hardcore, of course, does not care and probably approves, but there are not enough of them to get him the nomination.

Just because he made an insensitive comment about some savage Muslims who want you and me dead..... doesn't mean he is unfit to make great deals, keep illegals out, and be a great leader/president. He is campaigning for God's sake.

Trump has been pretty consistent. He proved to be an arrogant SOB decades ago.
