DT needs 269. House is the tiebreaker.
Hmm, couldn't Trump getting 268 also send it back to the house? Trump 268 means Hillary 269 so neither would reach 270. That sounds like the Washington elector's dream scenario.

The mood has changed. Democrats are getting nasty and fearful while Republicans have a little spring in their step.

I wish I felt this way...but...

That CNN projection does not include yellow state votes. Hillary only has to win one swing state to win, Trump basically has to win them all.

Edit: on to the OPs question, I do agree that the mood has changed. I think as more people see Hillary as corrupt, Trump will do better and better.

I'm not sure what happened to cause someone to make an attempt on Trump's life.

Was it Hillary's hateful rhetoric that incited one of her supporters, or was it the desperation of her supporters.

Like I said, the mood has really changed.

Possibly her rhetoric and her surrogates like Obama. Characterizing your opponent as a KKK supporter is a great way to incite violence.

All's she knows is incindiary . They'll go to great lengths to protect their gig. Trump needs to be careful. No precaution at this point is too much

Yes the mood has changed. You can see it in the desperation of Trump supporters as they start to realize he is going to lose.

Nutty Don is causing a lot of problems with his base as he tries to sound sane.
