The will be no board of elections for 34 days. So. . . There are several options in Raleigh and in DC, including Roy Cooper calling for new elections and Nancy Pelosi calling for a congressional investigation.
It really seems like a very odd move on the part of the BOE if this was a cut & dry fraud case. But what we have so far is the Chairman of the BOE resigning almost immediately and now the board disbands. If some people are going to get burned, I'm thinking it's not going to be limited to Harris. Or maybe not Harris at all.
Otherwise, this would be over by now. They either have proof of the ballot harvesting or they don't.
According to the local FOX TV affiliate in Charlotte, Pelosi's office is refusing all inquiries on the matter. I'm guessing her plate is so full that this will be very low on the list of things to deal with.

This looks like all the rats are abandoning the ship before it goes down. The sudden silence is deafening. I think that investigative journalist from WECT has gotten the closest to it.
If so, then it's Harris who is the victim who was duly elected by the people of the 9th district to represent them.

Steny Hoyer was in the news yesterday for weighing in on this. He's been number two to Pelosi for years. When Pelosi becomes speaker, Hoyer will become majority leader.
The NC State Board of Elections has refused to certify the 9th District House results that had Republican Mark Harris ahead of Democrat Dan McCready by 905 votes. They did so because of multiple allegations of voting irregularities in and around Bladen County. Harris carried Bladen County by 1,557 votes.
For Democrats the only legit election is when a Democrat wins LOL
How about a Democrat election board that refuses to certify an election where a Republican wins, the head of said election board abruptly resigns, and then the board itself disbands.
It kinda has to be seen to be believed. And of course, the always biased MSM has condemned Mark Harris over it. On the other hand, they are very very quiet about the above.

The election board was dissolved by the courts for being unconstitutional and you know it.

That's what I thought, but then the court told them that they'd had enough time and dissolved them.
Apparently, when it came out that the board of elections reported Dowless for his 2016 antics & the federal department of justice had done nothing, the court realized that this wasn't going to be done anytime soon.

So the judges disbanded them for not doing their job. It fits in exactly with what I said earlier. Either they had something on Harris or they didn't. At this point we don't even know if the allegations made against Harris are legitimate or not since our only source for this was the now thoroughly discredited and disbanded BOE.
Cooper really is doing a number up there. And this is starting to turn into a political issue rather than an honest look as whether some sort of fraud happened or not.
