Manchin better keep his word and stand against the insanity on the far left.

Georgia’s Governor, House and Senate are controlled by the Republicans. They’re the ones that can (and in my opinion will) get rid of the run off system since it no longer heavily benefits putting their candidates in office. It didn’t work for them this time, so I expect them to put a stop to it post haste.

We live in a democracy where elections determine the makeup of our Republic. Trump is 0 for 30+ in the courts. If he had conceded I would have probably voted for Perdue. Decisions bring outcomes.

Loeffler was a terrible candidate.

Good job by giving socialism free reign.

They did what Trump and the GOP did not. They kept working and got their voters to the polls.

Unlike Trump and his attorney's who told the GOP leaners not to bother voting.

Trump lost this for the GOP and Moscow Mitch sitting on the fence helped him.

The question is, have many to most of those Republicans turned to being RINO'S as well as if they'll actually do something.

One thing I give Democrats credit for, is that they FIGHT for what they want even if it's by "hook or crook" though I don't agree with those type of tactics. Republicans on the most part don't have a backbone IMO.

Looks like the Democrats got the sweep and will be in charge of Senate.

Mitch opposing the $2k stimulus checks turns out to be suicidal for him keeping his leadership position. It will be interesting to see if the Dems come through and dole out the checks. I could use the extra money. That would be the only bright spot in the government moving to the left, if it happens.

And here I was hoping for divided government so I can go back to not caring about politics during sleepy Joe’s reign. Now I have to stress about these insane policies and wonder if they get passed or not. Maybe some common sense from some Dems will prevail in the end and it won’t be a tragedy but I’m not holding my breath at this point.

My guess is any Dems showing opposition to the far left will get mobbed threatened and harassed until they fall in line.

I think this election was the 'perfect storm' of Mitch getting stupid about the $2000 checks, Trump confusing his supporters about the vote, and Stacey Abrams busting her butt to build up the Democratic vote. I think under usual circumstances, this wouldn't have even come close for the Democrats, let alone a narrow win as it is now.
