You seriously think this is a fair comparision? When Bill dropped out, he formed a company that did real stuff - not open up a failed carwash.

She has a BA in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Idaho in 1987, the Associated Press reports.

If you wish to learn more about Palin for reputable sources and not from some moron in his mom's basement, please search and look for decent soruces, like Wikipedia (yes, it's written by people, but this article is viewed so often, it has been way checked and re-checked by many people). She has a BA in Journalism, not Political Science. I don't see how changing colleges a bunch of times is very cost effective.

She won a scholarship from the Beauty Pageant in 1984 as well as Miss Congeniality. That scholarship should have kept her from having to work unless......hmm lets think.......HER GRADES SUCKED! That's probably why she bounced around so much, not for the cash. It's called student loans or financial aide.

It shows her in TWO beauty pageants in which she came in Third for Miss Alaska (where she won her scholarship) and 1st for Miss Wasilla (whooptie doo) and no other jobs or pageants. It came from your source. But I will applaud your embellishment skills.

In 1984, Palin won the Miss Wasilla Pageant,[9][10] then finished third ("second runner-up")[11] in the Miss Alaska pageant,[12] at which she won a college scholarship and the "Miss Congeniality" award.

Palin spent her first college semester at Hawaii Pacific College, transferring in 1983 to North Idaho College and then to the University of Idaho. She attended Matanuska-Susitna College in Alaska for one term, returning to the University of Idaho to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in communications-journalism, graduating in 1987

Another question: if she has quit 5-6 colleges, then do you question her judgement - afterall she was wrong 4-5 times! College is a simple decision - what about complex national decisions?

Now Im ignoring the "right wing" part of that quote because I dont think thats the answer either, however it always amazes me that people actually want someone with "views in line with the mainstream" and they want someone so super smart.

Many of the REALLY smart people in history have had views that were contested and sometimes even ridiculed by the mainstream.

sure it's a fair comparison. did you not read the end of the statement? who cares. I certainly don't. all I want to know is, who is going to slash taxes by 85%?

And that's exactly why our country is in the shape that it currently is. Do people realize that voting for president and vice-president of the United States is different than voting for the leaders of the student council?

If they realized and acted on that we likely wouldn't have Obama, Biden, McCain, or Palin to talk about here. This is just another election year with limited choice.

Sarah Palin is an example of this.

THANK YOU! I am so sick of seeing desperate libs here post anything and everything from the internet and promote it as if it were some sort of valid source of information. Wikipedia is not error-proof, by any means, but it's pretty doggone good if you want to get the right info.

Palin did have a lot of financial burdens getting through college. I applaud her resourcefulness. I'd bet half the idiots that are saying anything about her have never even stepped foot on university soil. Pathetic!
