Exactly, where are there priorities....this country is hurting in all aspects, especially our economy, but use monies on a Governor (so she's pretty on her campaign trail....that's unamerican....and something is broke.

Don't feel badly about being a registed Republican and being dismayed by the party. The real Republican Party has been hijacked by thugs. Somehow I cannot make the association between these people and the party of Lincoln.
If she was as great an her supporters think she is, show would have said "thank you, but no thank you" this is not who I am, this is a phony representation and just isn't what I and the Republican party are supposed to stand for.

Like billing Alaskan taxpayers to stay in her own house, fudge expense reports to fly her children all over the place, so maybe it really is who she is, and what she stands for, feeding at the trough of taxpayer dollars.
Her opinions on important issues would be inconsequential to me if it were not for the fact that SHE IS RUNNING FOR VP. My neighbor can stand on his head in the nude while he eats breakfast and I would not judge him, but when it comes to an elected official that has the power to influence laws and major decision making, you are damn right I will scrutinize and judge them. Fact is tha Palins's outlook and behavior do not warrant my respect. I have not seen anything in her that I find admirable. If you do not find it abominable that she would expect a young girl to have a baby conceived out of incest and rape than you are wacko and most likey live in Wasilla.

I am pro-choice only because I know that these people will find a way to kill their unborn fetuses anyway and I would rather it not happen in a back alley somewhere.
I also happen to be anti-abortion. I believe (know) that that fetus will be a living, thinking, loving human being.......unless, of course, someone rips it from the uterus while it peacefully gestates. Did you know that fetuses actually often suck their thumbs? Do amorphous lumps of cells suck their thumbs?
Abortion should always be a hard thought out last resort!
