They've only come out and said the clothes would be donated to charity in an attempt to quell the uproar this has caused and to stave off the charges of hypocrisy. Unfortunately, for the Pampered Princess and her goofy mentally challenged admirers...it's way too late for that.
I don't blame Palin- I blame the McCain campaign- and McCain himself for allowing such disgusting and despicable waste to occur under his watch.
Republicans have to decide if it was waste or not. It reflects their priority on how to use what now are limited funds. Was it poor prioritizing or were they over confident. They have to decide that. Our role is to highlight it for their discussion.
