Was that when BushCo and Cheney approved torture as a a christian thing to do, a ""Jesus would've done it""" type of thing?????????

I think he was in a sense. You guys were talking about how the country is better with religion involved, he pointed out that he disagreed since the "Christians" in charge torture and kill people. I don't think that was off-topic at all.

So who are you blaming the mistakes on....must be god and christian principles if they're responsible for everything else.......or are you claiming christians have made no mistakes?

Disagree - we need to keep/reinstall the love of God in our own individual hearts. You can't legislate/force this sort of thing, make it secular, that just drives people away from God.
