LOL! And Bobby could have been born on the steps of the Supreme Court, as one of the birthers on here used to say, and he still wouldn't qualify to be a natural born citizen according to the birthers.

True, but prior to the primary elections, the odds were heavily on a Hillary vs Rudy race.
