I would probably put Iceland, Denmark, ans Sweden on the top of my list. It seemed like every inhabitant of those countries was extremely good looking, with certain Eastern European countries not far behind (mainly Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia).

I would say the countries you mentioned and would add Italy. You could even throw Lebanon into the mix, with all their Italian genes!
I don't get how the Greek women rank so high. Nia Vardalos? Rita Wilson? Arianna Huffington? Jennifer Aniston (without her hair covering her ugly face)? I can't think of anybody from Greece I would consider off the charts beautiful.
"British women don't take care of themselves" Did you miss this part. Kelly Brooks is a model who takes care of herself. If British women TOOK CARE of themselves, they would actually be on a decent listing.
Yet Kelly Brook is British and she has been voted the worlds most beautiful woman on several occasions! Perhaps you should re-write your post and stop lumping all female nationals together as if they were a single entity!!!

Isn't this entire list for ranking hottest women? I have to take in account the average number of attractive/unattractive girls to rank the attractiveness of the listed European country.
