Not true. I watched Ivanka grow up in the media. She was a very beautiful child and was lucky enough to not endure an awkward phase like many do. Alisa Milano is another one.

For prettiest woman I've seen in Spain was a Colombian girl studying there.
The most stunning lady I saw in Germany was an immigrant from Ethiopia working at the New Yorker clothing store.
The prettiest women I've seen in France are usually descendants of non-French migrants from their old colonies walking around Paris.
In the UK it was some racially mixed woman who looked clearly not purely Anglo.

I'd say Italian women are the best, the French have a nice au naturale look to them but shouldn't be as high on this list, I think Swedish women are somewhat overrated, Polish women are first class, and British women are often blessed in the chest department...
