Believe me, they are. As a Spaniard, I just find them much like typical northern Spaniards plus with French behaviour and speaking French as well which make them really, really gorgeous.

By looking this screnshot I took from a random party in Bordeaux that is updated on youtube, which I posted two days ago in another thread, I would say those three girls could pass as citizens of my town, especially the two brunettes.
Then, in real life I would notice they act like typical French people and they speak French. Just great for me as a tourist in SW France, lol.
If they mean that for example tier 1 is above tier 2 I would consider these comment highly ridiculous because some of the balkan women you have put in tier 4 and 5 are some of the best in europe while some you have put in tier 1 and 3 such as English , Portuguese and German if not the ugliest women in europe are for sure under average.
The most beautiful women in Europe are the top 10-20% in all the nationalities. No nationality has a monopoly on beauty or plainness. All populations are a mix.
Not a country, but the mediterranean has a lot of eye candy... From the coast of Spain to Italy...many great cities with drop dead gorgeous women.
