She didn't "lose her mind" - no, her colleagues believe that it was a suicide, and rightfully so.
"According to her colleagues, Lebedeva decided to commit suicide due to accusations from her superiors that she had not taken sufficient measures to ensure the safety of her employees and allowed the infection of few other healthcare workers."
She was infected with CV herself ( light form) and was kept in the hospital at that point.
P.S. And yes Maxim, it was E. Mikrin - the Chief Designer of the Rocket and Space corporation "Energia" that died of CV in that "Star town," where this doctor committed suicide.
Initially he had it in a light form as well, but then it suddenly turned deadly, as it's often seen with this particular virus.

Are there any other intentions/ideas behind it than to *legally extend* his presidency?
I think that Putin is getting ready for the day he will eventually have to step down and doesn’t trust the future leader with having all the power he currently has, so he wants to redistribute it just in case somebody incompetent or revolutionary gets in power, all about keeping the status quo for his buddies in place.

To be more precise they dumped their dollar holdings and Russia is now seriously considering yuan-backed bond, both of which I consider great news - only better will be if a country considers "bitcoin bonds" which will never happen anyway but less reliance on dollars is what the world needs.
German regulators have granted the builders of Nordstream 2 derogation of EU regulations on its territory.
I guess they're just saying *********, we're going to build it like it or not.
