Libya didn't have MIg 29's before this. So if you want to claim they were "captured" instead of supplied by Russia, this claim is as false as saying Russian forces in Donetsk captured T-72s from Ukraine. They are stationed far away from Tripoli though so pretty much useless so far. Maybe they are there to defend eastern Libya...
I was wrong about which drone Turkey was using. That was the TB2, which Ukraine uses but its not a jointly produced technology as far as I know. I was thinking it was the Akinci, but those aren't deployed yet. I'm surprised the TB2 can do this much damage.
Got a good source for what is going on there? Not a lot of time to look into it.
Everything is as usual, boring. Video pasted together from different places and times, where Russian equipment after the explosion, suddenly turns into NATO equipment. But hamsters are happy, such content is just right for them )))
Just days after Russian air defenses were destroyed by Ukrainian/Turkish drones in Libya, Russian forces have been evacuated from the Tripolia area of Libya where they have been supporting a siege against the Libyan capital. Seems the UN backed government has been winning ground lately since they picked the right side to help them.
I hope they got their dumb Migs out of there too. They painted over their insignia so they should be shot down on sight. Otherwise Libyans should be prepared for a bombing run on their hospitals.
I found a photo of Russian force for a second before the destruction by Ukrainian drone.

You screwed up again. This is a Pantsir made for the UAE. Russian made on the chassis of KAMAZ. This one is made on the MAN chassis.
I only remember a few things. I was really young then and from 1972 until 1980 there was no " idiot box" allowed in the home. It was a big thing in school.
I have no idea what this is all about, but can you explain to me, why Russia is in Libya in the first place?
Syria - that's given, that's understood, but Libya?
What 's the interest THERE?
And why some "Ukraine" is there too, which is even funnier?
I don't think the Russians are "there" in any capacity other than what I heard to be technical support for some oil company and a hydro project. They do have body guards with them.
Those Pantirs
captured were from the UAE and they were unmanned and inactive. Did they even have crews?
The Migs could be mercs from many different origins. If the report is true at all and it's suspect.

They keep on talking about the presence of ever-elusive *Wagner* there Scrat...
