That is in the comments section. The company Purple Shovel Inc of Sterling, Virginia was running arms from Bulgaria to Syria under a US government contract. It is a two year old story. There is also an Arlington, Virginia contractor Six3 Systems which runs torture centers for the Syria war.

One, Israel is targeting Iran and Hezbollah, and two, wants the war to go on. The casualties were Iranian. It also creates a distraction from the Israeli military's mass shooting of protesters in Gaza. There is occasional reporting in the Israeli newspapers expressing the sentiment that the war is good for Israel. They also want to acquire the oil rights in the Syrian Golan Heights. Deir Ezzor also has the most of the farmland and producing oil wells in Syria. There are also extensive gas reserves off the coasts of Lebanon and Syria.

EDIT: added following report on mood on Russian TV

http://thesaker.is/listening-to-russ...prime-time-tv/

It's being reported that the Skripals are being moved to the US. They're currently being kept unavailable to talk to the media or to relatives. They would now be in the custody of the CIA.

That figures.

The Russians in my family actually LIKED the winter; me - I was usually shivering and suffering, being half-dead by the end of it)))
By the time I made it to Caucasus, I finally figured out what was the RIGHT climate for me.

Well Russians are not exactly known for "reading the fine print."
If the Communist Party said that "everyone has to know how to read and write" - everyone will.

(По принципу "всех построить и всех научить писать и читать." )

Extremely efficient and sucessful system of education, but I understand by now that they wouldn't be able to borrow it in the US, because at the end the statistics ( still) would shred to pieces the whole cobweb that the Left was carefully spinning from the sixties - all that politically-correct agenda.

Listening to Russian experts (short report about the mood on Russian prime time TV) | The Vineyard of the Saker

Oh, I see.. - now ISRAEL is getting into action already.
About time.

P.S. I wonder what program on Russian TV exactly they were talking about in that link ( I am trying to picture the host and the rest of "specialists.")

Terrible things can happen when you sell your soul. I really get the feeling that a lot of ethnic Russians are just tools.

Russian stocks crashed on Monday, while aluminum prices spiked, after the United States levied its harshest sanctions to date against Russia.

The Russian RTS index plunged 11.6 percent and was on track to post its biggest one-day decline since Dec. 16, 2014 when it fell 12.4 percent. Meanwhile, the VanEck Vectors Russia exchange-traded fund (RSX) dropped more than 9 percent.

Monday's sharp declines come after the U.S. sanctioned several Russian oligarchs, officials, businesses and agencies on Friday. The U.S. also froze assets from these entities that were under U.S. jurisdiction. The sanctions prohibit U.S. citizens or entities from doing business with the sanctioned Russian entities. "Additionally, non-U.S. persons could face sanctions for knowingly facilitating significant transactions for or on behalf of the individuals or entities blocked today," the Treasury Department said Friday.

One of the people slapped with sanctions was oligarch Oleg Deripaska, a billionaire who ran Russian aluminum company Rusal, which was also sanctioned. Deripaska has also been charged in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation regarding Russia's involvement in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
