Any organization starting with "Russian State Corporation" isn't going to invent or produce anything new or of useful value. Just another pie in the sky, appearances matter over results. The Russian state only produces upgrades of soviet designs. Just too corrupt and inefficient to do otherwise in a realistic timeline.

GLONASS, military surveillance satellites, monitoring, etc. Not much money is being paid for scientific programs and a development of new types of rockets.
