How in the hell anyone pin anything on Russia? This stuff has its start long before Russia was ever involved, even before Chavez took power in 2002.

99% of the media we have access to is drivel. RT is like a fowl wind that has scents you can follow and perhaps find the truth. CNN and Fox are little different. All produce some good information some of the time but rarely it seems to me.

Brazil says no foreign army is going to attack from their soil. I have heard nothing about the Brazilian army but I do not think they're very capable.

Nobody is going to attack Venezuela and if they did, going from Brazil across the jungle makes no sense at all. It would be from Columbia and from the sea. This is all very unlikely unless the usurpers start killing more people, but it might take a LOT. The likelihood of VZ army to die to keep in power the man that steals from all of them... this isn't very likely IMO.
The fact that Guaido was able to return to Caracas today tells you how powerful Maduro is.
