I'm not making excuses for hooligans, they are criminals and should be punished, but I wonder, when the English make claims. It's funny.

+ UPD.
For exemple, 9th of June. Russian fans had not yet arrived in Marseille.

Its Russia they have threatened to ban, its Russian idiots who are in 'organised gangs' luckily one of the stupid b*stards has filmed himself doing it, so we can all see the truth. If an Englishman causes problems at ANY football match he is banned for life from EVERY football stadium in England AND his passport is taken away from him during a tournament so he can't even leave the country, the Russian politicians what do they do?

That's right they 'congratulate' them! Its unbelievable! I repeat you can go to ANY game in England and there will be NO FENCES, there are NO BATON WIELDING POLICEMEN WITH DOGS, and there is NO TEAR GAS or WATER CANNON, in England the crowd is made up of men, women and children, in Russia its all skin headed racists. THE most alarming fact is that people like your politicians and yourself wont even acknowledge the problem, which is why Russia is not fit to host any tournament. The sooner Russia go home the happier everybody else will be.

Typical western BS. I guess you folks have endless supply of Englishman idiots who get banned yet still come en mass and screw up almost every major football game where English team is present.
Next time learn your lessons - don't touch Russian bear with your ***** hands, you will get them torn off.

Wait, these are not the Brits in these two videos?
And if they are as nice and polite back home in Great Britain ( that "NO BATON WIELDING POLICEMEN WITH DOGS" are needed, ) then why are they trashing the FRENCH city here????

You are wrong. This is typical behavior of English fans. Most of them are going to get drunk and fight. They fought with the police and the French (the Arabs) before the arrival of the Russians.

Russian fans succumb to provocations in the stadium. Of course, it's bad and unacceptable. But what idiot allowed to put 2 fans sectors side by side?

What's the hell?
Well ... If I'm not mistaken, the English fans trashed city. Russians gathered in an organized group (about 200 people) and chased a few thousand Englishmen.

No it's not the typical behaviour of most English fans, we have one of the safest leagues in the world, and it was organised hooligans from France itself and indeed Rusia who caused most of this. The vast majority of England fans were just there to watch the game, it was the Russians who stormed in like some kind of paramilitary hooligan force.

If Russia is not careful it's going to be banned from just about every international sport due to doping and the behaviour of Russian fans.

West hates Russia, because it's too big and independent and does not like gay movement. What are the news here?
Obviously corrupted morons in UEFA will use every excuse to get rid of potential world champion.

I would also add the works of Pushkin and Tolstoy and at least one book by Dostoevsky. Russians tend to be well-read.

During my two years in Moscow (1992-1994), I was repeatedly impressed by the breadth of high-quality, secondary (non-University) education. Everyone whom I met (mostly working in the oil-and-gas sector) had a reasonably sophisticated intellect, even though many had not gone to university.
