The people he is trying to get rid of, of course are "democratic freedom fighters" who are all about protecting the mentioned above women and children.
About a week ago, I was going over the comments section on Trump's Instagram and I can tell you that the responses are quite varied. On one hand, you gave those who back Assad's regime denouncing the latest strikes, while on the other there are those praising them. There are a number of Arab and Persian sisters who seem to be going at one another.
The truth of the matter is that you don't know whether Assad is behind these or not, since the government has done it's best to try and cover up the attack. Why do you find it surprising that he would target his own people, since government's care very little for the average Joe.
