Ah, the BDS's personal crusader strikes again. I love Pink Floyd, but Roger Waters is just flat out annoying. I don't care if he wants to personally follow through with his ideology, you don't go around badmouthing every other artist who decides they want to perform in Israel. They have a right to do so. Roger Waters should listen to his own song "Another Brick on the Wall Part 2" and realize that he has become the very oppressor trying to exert "thought control".
Unsold aluminum piling up at sanctions-hit Rusal factory
While shipments have stalled, Rusal cannot readily reduce its production of aluminum because the electrolysis pots that are at the heart of the manufacturing process can be irreparably damaged if they are shut down.
U.S. customers cannot do business with Rusal any more under the sanctions, while major Japanese trading houses asked Rusal to stop shipping refined aluminum and other products and are scrambling to secure metal elsewhere, industry sources said.
This is something that's going to be a rule in the future. Moral obligations are certainly debatable. Considering the conduct of the US and it's allies these last few decades and the implementation of "destruction capitalism" where ever the opportunity or need arises the world needs to make a stand.
It appears Russia is doing this and is morally right in doing so.
Syria was a stable secular society, one of the few in the ME. Libya was the most successful nations in Africa. There was no good reason to destroy Libya or attempt to destroy Syria.
