Swedes. If you had to pay as much as they do for state-sponsored (required) driving instruction, and for the series of tests (stiff fee per test), you'd be a good driver, too. 1 DWI/DUI stop, and you lose your license for life. You'd take driving a lot more seriously than they do in the US, and some other places.

The average price for a licence in Sweden is around 15,000 SEK / 1,760 USD. The average price in Norway is over 25,000 NOK / 3,000 USD.

No, you will not lose your licence for life in Sweden after the first DUI.

When you watch the dashcam videos, you realize that the Russians have to be very good drivers, just to successfully avoid accidents.

I saw a dashcam video once where a car turning left was NOT hit by another car.
