I don't know my self but it's a recurring theme in developed nations, if you don't count immigration, all of Europe is in decline as well as Japan Korea Singapore and the U.S. Is barely growing. What I do know is that Russia's demographics is slowly improving.

It's still not exactly clear but Ukrainians are not angles they have shot down passenger planes https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sibe...es_Flight_1812 all 78 people on board died because of an error durring a military drill.
