Russia is its own thing, not part of Europe/Asia.
Siberia is part of Asia.

You make a cultural distinction which makes no sense: Russia is culturally European as much as the Netherlands.
Geographically Europe doesn't exist, the "Urals line" is a mere fictional line based on common ethnicities and cultures.
In all honesty Africa, Asia and Europe are all one single thing geographically.
